As Resound Training & Development has grown, we have increasingly found that some of the problems that our clients bring to us respond significantly better to a creative approach. This is why we have set up Forum4Change – our creative division specifically focused on using creative techniques.

Using our proven expertise, Forum4Change works with clients to provide dynamic solutions to training problems. Our team designs interventions that motivate and inspire and which have proved to bring very valuable business improvements.

What is Forum Theatre?

Forum Theatre is a safe environment for groups to participate in a workplace scenario being played out in front of them. Scenes are created especially for your organization.

Delegates choose their level of participation, from listening and observing, providing feedback, directing the action, to taking a role. This approach enables the delegate to control their level of participation; most are surprised at how much they enjoy getting involved with the scene! We work closely with clients to ensure that the scenes created accurately reflect current issues, whilst our facilitators work alongside your delegates to develop the essential skills required to meet the challenges of your business environment.
