Forum Theatre

Forum Theatre

We have increasingly found that some of the problems that our clients bring to us respond significantly better to a creative approach. Forum Theatre works with clients to provide dynamic solutions to training problems.

In April 2006, after 2-years research, we launched our first forum theatre event with our newly formed group of professional actors.

Six years on our core team is still together but has grown along with our business to include more highly talented and experienced actors delivering exciting, new work for conferences and training programmes.

Using our proven expertise, our team creates short dramas that motivate and inspire and which have proved to bring very valuable business improvements.

Importantly our approach to Forum Theatre means delegates choose their level of participation, from listening and observing, providing feedback, directing the action, to taking a role. This approach enables the delegate to control their level of participation; most are surprised at how much they enjoy getting involved with the scene!

We work closely with clients to ensure that the scenes created accurately reflect current issues, whilst our facilitators work alongside your delegates to develop the essential skills required to meet the challenges of your business environment.

Forum Theatre challenges and inspires participants to explore and find the best solutions to the issues they face every day in business.

Forum Theatre can be used successfully to
• Develop a culture of customer service excellence
• Provide training in managing staff
• Improve motivation
• Tackle tough training issues
• Provide training in managing conflict in the workplace
• Prepare staff for challenging behaviour
• Motivate and inspire a conference audience (yes even in that after lunch slot!)

Creative solutions have also enabled clients to engage with hard to reach groups and we provide a range of courses for social inclusion projects.

I do and I understand"
